Yes, we are a QBCC Licenced, insured and compliant Builder with all Queensland regulations and licensing requirements. Our QBCC license number is 15290577. We are also a proud member of Master Builders.

Absolutely. We believe in transparency and will provide you with a comprehensive contract that outlines all project details, costs, timelines, and responsibilities. We want you to have peace of mind throughout the renovation process.
Some more major renovation projects require this. We will discuss and arrange any and all plans, testing, permits & approvals/compliance with the relevant professionals or authorities if required to complete your project.
Each projects differs depending on the depth of the scope however a typical kitchen/bathroom/laundry renovation will take approx 2-3 weeks to complete. We will provide you with a detailed project timeline, and we’ll keep you updated regularly on the progress. Our goal is to complete your renovation efficiently and to your satisfaction.
This is highly dependant on the quality of materials, fixtures and fittings chosen and the depth of the scope of works. However to give an idea of the price range, a typical bathroom renovation will begin at approximately $30,000 and increase in line with the quality of materials, fixtures, fittings and scope of works.
We offer a clear payment schedule that aligns with project milestones. You’ll know exactly when and what you’ll be paying for throughout the renovation.
Changes during the Renovation process are quite common and are handled by way of a “variation” which is a form that will detail the changes to the work or selections & the difference in costs and will then be signed by both yourself as the client and us as the Builder.
You’ll have a dedicated project manager who will be your main point of contact. They will oversee the project and ensure everything runs smoothly.
We value open communication. If any issues arise, we’ll address them promptly and work with you to find a solution. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Nasbuild has frequent contact with the QBCC and Master Builders to ensure we are kept up to date with changes to standards which minimise the chance of issues and disputes during project construction.
You will be protected by a QBCC Builders Home Warranty Insurance which will cover your project for a period of 6.5 years.
