Each projects differs depending on the depth of the scope however a typical kitchen/bathroom/laundry renovation will take approx 2-3 weeks to complete. We will provide you with a detailed project timeline, and we’ll keep you updated regularly on the progress. Our goal is to complete your renovation efficiently and to your satisfaction.
This is highly dependant on the quality of materials, fixtures and fittings chosen and the depth of the scope of works. However to give an idea of the price range, a typical bathroom renovation will begin at approximately $30,000 and increase in line with the quality of materials, fixtures, fittings and scope of works.

Changes during the Renovation process are quite common and are handled by way of a “variation” which is a form that will detail the changes to the work or selections & the difference in costs and will then be signed by both yourself as the client and us as the Builder.
You’ll have a dedicated project manager who will be your main point of contact. They will oversee the project and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Firstly, we manage your project in a way that ensures absolute minimal intrusion to your daily routine as we understand you are occupying the property whilst work is taking place and we are respectful in that regard. We use the latest dust protection and washout systems among other products available to us which ensures your property is left clean and without damage.
You will be protected by a QBCC Builders Home Warranty Insurance which will cover your project for a period of 6.5 years.
